In order to get the extra year's warranty in addition to the statutory two years, your installation contractor needs to complete and submit the warranty form. The extra year's warranty is free.

The form can be filled in from this website but is also to be found in the box in which the fog cannon is delivered. The form may also be faxed or sent by post.
