The French accredited laboratory CNPP has implemented a complete test of our fog cannons after the European norm EN 50131-8.

All 3 PROTECT models - 600/1100/2200 - have achieved CLASS 1.
  

In France they are working with 3 different levels depending on the power of the fog cannon:

Class 1: Fill a well-defined 150 M3 room in only 30 seconds
Class 2: Fill a well-defined 150 M3 room in 60 seconds
Class 3: Fill a well-defined 150 M3 room in 120 seconds

CNPP is a certification body in the fields of theft, fire prevention and protection, malicious acts and more recently management systems based on the skills of its laboratories and its own inspection and audit systems.

Security fog protection rubber-stamped by the policy and insurance industry

Police departments and insurance companies in many countries consider security fog protection an aid in their efforts to fight crime.
Some insurance companies even require security fog protection for certain types of companies and may also require security fog protection if you have experienced repeated burglaries.

One reason why the police recommend security fog protection is that DNA evidence is preserved despite the fact that the crime scene has been filled with fog from a fog cannon. Furthermore, a police dog will have no problems finding a burglar, illegal drugs or explosives in the fog.
